I was not collecting G.I.Joe by the time Tiger Force came out, but I certainly remember going to K-Mart and seeing these great re-issues. Bazooka isn't one I ever saw at retail when I was a kid. I didn't even know Bazooka was part of Tiger Force until I saw him one day on a G.I.Joe online database.
The jersey numbers, stripes, and name are all waterslide decals, of course. I painted the legs in a deeper hunter-green and added the distinctive yellow stripes.
