This is a simple kitbash/LBC. Only the black helmet has been painted.

Nunchuk is arguably the best looking Ninja Force member. I don't know why he was fortunate enough to escape the neon colors and garish nonsense that typifies the Ninja Force, but Nunchuk could really pass for a regular Joe, possibly a Night Force member or part of an LRRP. Either way, it just so happened that the Marauders Task Force company has a jungle-themed body that lends itself perfectly to Nunchuk.
