I was out of G.I.Joe by the time Outback was released, but my buddy was still collecting. I remember being a tad bit sorry that I quit G.I.Joe when I saw Outback. He was a very understated and cool figure. I loved the fact that he was just in a T-shirt. His red hair was also striking against the muted greens and whites. Even back then I remember thinking that his backpack was crazy big and that it was a waste of plastic.
