When things go down on Cobra Island or Cobra Commander needs someone arrested these are the guys who do the work.

They are recruited mostly from the Alley Vipers and are universally hated by their Cobra brethern. Given that anyone within Cobra has access to some rather powerful weaponry, these guys have to be heavily armed and armored to even hope to do their job.
