"Out in the lonesome southwestern deserts, a rash of highway killings has police searching for a suspect referred to as 'The Phantom'. Little is known about this vigilante biker except that he appears to prey on the low-lifes that wander the desert highways of that area."

I'm afraid I'll never stray far from the ARAH figures. This character came to be when I was admiring how intimidating the Snow Serpant facemask looked, almost like the hockey mask Jason wears. So, I built the rest of the figure around just one part.
