I decided to make this custom, as I couldn't find one anywhere. It seems that, with all the missions and dispersing of forces, there doesn't seem to be enough communication "guys". Well, I saw him in at least three of the cartoon episodes and he seems to get overlooked. The dossier I came up with is all real. I used the back story of a friend I served with while in the Navy. He was a radioman and it just seemed to fit him.
