The original Bullhorn figure came out after I stopped collecting as a child, so I had no sentimental reason to make this figure. I simply liked the idea of a Joe negotiator.

The Recondo torso I felt was perfect for the character, and while in it's initial critique alot of people felt the Tunnel Rat head made the figure look too much like Tunnel Rat instead of a different character, I still feel it is perfect mainly because the head never worked as Tunnel Rat for me to begin with, so it doesn't remind me of the character at all.

As far as accessories, the BBI gas mask is perfect, the case is Chap Mei that I traded for, the bullhorn came from a cheap police set I found at K-Mart (though the molds in it were probably Chap Mei) and the rifle I modded to disassemble.
