I just didn't like Rollbar, he seemed to plan. For some reason, I put one of Wild Bill's hats on him and it suddenly clicked. He wasn't just some faceless grunt.

He was a former NASCAR crew chief that entered the military for more mechanical experience. A natural with engines and cars, he innately knew exactly what had to be tweaked to get more speed, better gas mileage, and better traction. He's just the person to give an elite force's vehicles the edge they need.
