I liked my Major Bludd custom, so when the DTC came out, I wanted to apply the head as another individual. Zanzibar immediately came to mind as the other Joe character with an eye patch. :)

Cutting away Ripper's boots was the scariest part of this custom for me. I was sure that sometime during all the individual cuts that my Exacto would slip and I'd need stitches across my thumb. Somehow, however, I managed to make all the cuts and trim flat the interior of the leg without cutting myself. :)
