I havent totally fleshed out the bio yet, but Red Line was created to be the "vehicle driver" for the base I am creating for the Red Shadows.

I envision him as a former Russian Cosmonaut, with an engineering background. He was classified as mentally unstable and was forced to leave the space program. He was unwilling to cooperate and was handed over to the military police. He managed to escape and join up with Baron Ironblood.
