LT Latimer graduated at the top of his class. As a member of the Joe team, he worked his way up to Major. His skills are unbelievable. As a Major, he continued working offline with the Joe team. When they need his help he is there. Being a Public Relations Officer, he knows how to interact with people. His people skills have excelled him to higher job positions within the Joe team. In addition, he also assists other drill instructors as they train the Greenshirts.
