I have had this guy done for a very long time with no idea what to do with him. Then I switched out the Barbecue head that I had on him for the Toxo-Viper V.2 and everything started falling into place.

Red Demon loves setting things on fire. Buildings, forests, people, even himself. Over 90 percent of his body is covered in self-inflicted burns. As a result he has an unbelievable tolerance for pain, and is so covered in scar tissue that he has very little feeling left at all. After a month long series of arson attacks in Spain and with a massive manhunt going on for him he was captured while trying to set fire to a building that was actually a Red Shadow secret base. Baron Ironblood was impressed with the widespread destruction he had caused using little more than gasoline and a lighter. All he had to do to convince Red Demon to join the Red Shadows was promise him an unlimited supply of weapons-grade flammables.
