all Power Team but uniform which is from a Big Lots knockoff figure

Shockwave is a pretty cool character and I have really been looking at a lot of SWAT and SDU customs lately on the 1/6th board I frequent so I thought I would try one. I did a pretty good bit of work on this figure and he may be my favorite out of the bunch. I made his belt longer, painted the hat, cut the shotgun shells off of a rubber vest, painted the tops and added velcro to the back so they would stick to the cloth vest. I made the back pack with balsa wood, spray painted it and used ribbon for the straps, the buckles were made from a needlepoint grid. I also drilled out the barrell of the shotgun and painted it gunmetal, painted the wood parts and then black washed it.
