Being a Cobra mercenary, one can play both sides of combat. As for Major Bludd, he plays the role very well. Once given command of Cobra Forces, he and a few Cobra Soldiers went and raided a Joe compound that was heavily guarded. After a successful mission, he was offered a job with Destro and his Iron Grenadiers...which he turned down. As far as loyalty is concerned, he remains neutral until called upon.
