I always loved Torpedo and wanted them to make a really good updated version of him. Then Chief Torpedo came out and i just was not happy with him. The remake of that figure as Low Light was kick ass and looks better as him so here we go again.

I took a look at what the Navy S.E.A.L.s were wearing on a flyer and saw they were in shorts. So now I needed a head and the Tunnel Rat head has the right look so next I wanted to make the colors the same as the first so here he is.
