I will say that ever since Cobra Commander made his presence known, he has been a thorn in Duke and the rest of the Joes' side. He is calculating in achieving his goals. He will do anything to accomplish this task.

In a diostory I am working on, his plans for world domination comes to a crashing halt as he not only elimates himself but the rest of the Joe team. Two months later, he (Fred) resurfaces and takes the identity of Cobra Commander. Soon, the script will be posted at my website where it can be read...but it still needs a lot of tweaking.
