Hired six months ago on the "recruiting drive" in Florida, Mercer is proving to be one of the better recruits of the batch. His US military training, and absolute craftsmanship with a silenced pistol are almost poetic.

He's loyal to a fault to the organization, and if I don't miss my guess, he'll really be going places. Has shown an interest in the Hydrofoil program, and might be considered for EEL training within the year.

I am further impressed with his ability to meld into the social strata of Cobra. His rise to officer status was likely an engineered "live-fire accident" as his promotion was a field one, granted mid-exercise when his officer did not return. I'd hate to get on his bad side!

Like my poetry, I know he will be a great addition to Cobra.

Yes, that is MUTT's head. It was certainly a head that I was happy to be able to carve the face off of. I really think that this one came together well.
