After appearing in G.I. Joe: the Movie, he was never made into an action figure. My opinion, he was a character that was able to get the job done by any means necessary. Alongside Jinx, Chuckles, LT Falcon, Tunnel Rat and Law and Order, he was the back-bone for the team. Needless to say, Beach Head didn't like the way he and Tunnel Rat cleared the obstacle course during the movie but they were able to get the job done.
