Same as during the other comments I have made...he only played a small part in G.I. Joe: The Movie.
He was never a full fledge character. He never had any roles such as infiltration and intelligence gathering.
Instead, he was an extra.

My opinion, I am very disgusted but in the end...an action figure was made of him.
I wanted to make him look like the background of his package.

I like the fact that in a way, he was able to get the job done and that was all that it took.

In my hall of fame, I am thankful that he was added to the movie...Yo Joe!
