Right from the beginning, Major Bludd was one of the coolest bad guys Hasbro came out with.

One thing always bewildered my brother and I , what the heck was with his right arm? Why didn't it have an elbow articulation? Being kids, we decided it was because it was a robotic/bionic arm and he had the crushing power of the Jaws of Life. So naturally, I opted to make sure the elbow moved. I also wanted to keep the comic book look to it.

As far as the helmet goes, I could not find one I was happy with to I picked up a broken Bludd from a flea market and took my dremel to his head leaving his helmet. I have a really cool technique to ensure it fits perfectly if anyone is interested.

His dog tags were individually cut out from clear Mylar (the bubbles on cards).

His boots were painted with a foolproof glossing technique and look like patent leather.

Finally, I really wanted to see his gun and backpack painted the way Hasbro designed it to be. I was pretty happy with it.
