The uniform of the C.L.A.W.S. Commander is probably everyone's favorite outfit, so naturally it had to be adapted to the Cobra leader as well. The reason why I'm using the same figures' head is because; in my universe, that mouth-piece is the voice distortion-device that gives Cobra Commander that shrilling and hissing voice I'm sure we all love.

So why two figures? It's mainly because while I think ol' CC should follow the traditional Cobra blue color like the rest of his troopers, I do like the black uniform as well. This way I can have both depending on my state of mind.
