Cobra Commander in Guerrilla version is the one where Cobra Commander used a special suit that helps him in hostile territory.

The Guerrilla Cobra Commander is the supreme leader of Cobra Guerrilla Group and has as his commanders, Dr. Mindbender, Overlord and Voltar in the Cobra Guerrilla Laboratory.

Dr. Mindbender, Overlord and Voltar's combined knowledge make it possible for them to develop state of the art weapons, equipment and genetically modified recruits.

His body armor features multi-layer composite material made from epoxy resin and aramid/ultra high molecular weight polyetylene fibers. The end result is that it is completely bullet and explosion proof. The suit is fuel cell powered and provides adequate supplies of air, food and water up to 10 days in battlefield without refueling.
