Major Barrage repaint with Cross Hair hat

High Tide is the first figure I've done of the new Phoenix Guard that has been implemented in the G.I. Joe comic book. I'm not gonna go into details about the background of this group incase any one who is seeing this hasn't read G.I. Joe # 13 yet.

But I love doing new characters as they debut, and the Phoenix guard is no exception. All of the Phoenix Guard was pretty easy to do; it seems like DDP made them based off of newer figures and parts.
