Serpentor have been created by Dr. Mindbender and Destro with the DNA of Napoleon, Julius Caesar, Hannibal and Attila the Hun. He was able to take the power out of Cobra Commander and to rules the Cobra army until he got killed by Zartan with an arrow to the head.

Couple of years later he came back from the dead with again the collaboration of Dr. Mindbender to form an army he will call the Coil.
