I received pieces of a Lamprey in an ebay auction, and they sat in my parts box forever. I thought I'd never be able to match the 'silver' color of the original. Then, while looking for spray paint for a dio, I came across this 'Hammered Silver for Plastic' paint at Home Depot. After using it on my dio pieces, I realized that it just might work for finishing my Lamprey. This is the result. Another interesting thing to note is the gun -- it's Stalker's gun from the Accessory Pack. I originally cut the stock off in '85 or '86. I cleaned up my original cut, painted it black, and dry-brushed it silver. I then added a leather sling. I superglued it to the tail, and punched a small hole for the barrel. So, I thought it was pretty cool to use a 'custom' piece I made 20 years ago.
