Grifter was a member of the orignal Team-7 and the Wildcats. He met Hawk and Duke on a mission years back. Hawk talked him into working for the goverment again. Hawk wanted him and his team to do things that his Joes could not and go where they could not. Its main purpose would be to take out Cobra units in North and South America. The new Team-7 job would also a back up unit for the Joes and to make sure that no more Joes would be held as prisoners of war and executed. A search and rescue unit.
