Hector Ramirez is host of the TV-news show Twenty Questions. As a reporter, his main interest in particular is to find out everything he can about the special counter-terrorist group Delta, better known as G.I.Joe. One time he questioned Cobra's existence and made an investigation about if America really needed the Joes, or if they were just a waste of the people's tax-dollars. When it was proven to him that the threat of Cobra was real, Hector has made a habit of inviting representatives from both the Joe's and Cobra to his show to let the viewers get both sides of the story.

On the show, Hector Ramirez is quite nosy and does everything he can to wrench the truth or any other information out of his guests in the name of the slogan: "The people have the right to know".

But as a citizen, he secretly admires the G.I.Joe-team for what they are doing. As a newsman he has been in some tight spots and seen awful things - some which has him scared. And although he knows that he is a bit disliked by the Joe-team, he feels that he is doing his part for his country by doing what he does best - interviewing people. Both the good guys, as well as the evil.

Personal Comments:

This figure came to be by chance - I never had any plans on doing him. I was actually just looking for a head for a Zap custom, and painted moustaches and black hair on some extra figures that was lying around. When I'd done this on my extra Cross Hair, I thought that he kind of looked like Hector Ramirez - so I finished it just for the fun of it.
