Ace may have been the original Joe pilot, but Slipstream was the guy I liked better--he struck me as less of a hot-shot and more of a regular guy who just happened to be really, really good at flying. The episode of the 'toon where he met the Cobra pilot Raven remains one of my favorites (and I hope--one day--to do a custom of her.)

The whole idea for this one just kind of jumped together in that I had a headless Ace body and a bodiless Footloose--a bit of tinkering and I had Slipstream. Now if I just had a Conquest for him to fly...
