This figure was done by commission for Adam Irwin, who is a great person to deal with. My instructions were to do a Billy like the one I had done, but make him more Cobra. Pretty vague, but it was a start, and sometimes thats all you need, a starting point. I came up with 4 ideas, two more ninja-esque. Adam chose the one he liked the most, I painted him up as per his instructions, and here you go. Adam should get as much credit as I for this one.
