I got the inspiration for this one from the Devil's Due Press Declassified series. Seeing as how Sparks is playing a more active role in the newer comics, I wanted to do a newer figure of him to represent him in this new role he is taking. I am considering using one of the heads from the Steel Brigade vs Plague six pack to give him a nicer, better head, but I just got that pack today and this figure has been done for weeks now.
