One of the few "Greenshirts" not only to survive the duration of the program, Eddie Shrote is profiled in Frontline #17. In my Joeverse, Gen. Hawk has decommissioned the Greenshirt program, instead implementing a 'Cadet' program akin to the original Joe training course. Eddie chose to continue with the Cadets, mostly to spite Beachhead. In my dio, he trains alongside Bombstrike (who Hasbro identifies as a Cadet, and who was the genesis for my interpretation of the Cadets), Firewall (who chose the program over full instatement, due to her lack of military training), Red Spot and Cannonball (chosen because they had not had any comic appearances, making them available for me to tinker with their histories.)

I designed his uniform to be what he would wear once fully a Joe (another difference between the Cadets and the Greenshirts), choosing a lighter camouflage that (I think) is reminiscent of the newer desert / urban camos.
