Originally this was going to be my Copperhead revamp. I feel that the Alley Viper 2's body looks something more like a wetsuit than body armor, so I wanted to create a naval personality with that.

However, I strayed too far away from Copperhead, so I rechristened him as another of Cobra's sea troops: the Lampreys. The color scheme I think works for someone who may need to leave the boat for underwater reece (sea green and seafoam).
