After reading the last couple of arcs of DDP's GI Joe America's Elite, I made customs of some of the Joes that appear in the comic (Snake Eyes, Stalker, etc.) After making a few of those Joes, I thought it was time to create the current commanding officer, General Joe Colton!

Coming up with a good vintage-style combination of parts to create a military dress look was tough...it took some experimenting. In the end, the combination of parts wasn't too far off from a Dr. Venom custom I had done...Once I picked out the right parts, I sanded down some of the details and painted everything. Finding the right head was tough as well, but I thought Mercer v2 bore a resemblence to Colton, so I painted some white on the sides of the hair and put it on!
