Snow Job aka Sergeant First Class Harlan W. Moore has been a member of G.I. Joe for sometime now and is their resident Arctic Expert.

As a former member of the U.S. Olympic Biathlon team he has proven abilities. He was sent on numerous missions. On one mission he, Stalker and Quick Kick were taken prisoner in a Borovian Gulag for 5 terrible months. Though thanks to an illegal rescue mission led by Snake Eyes, Scarlett and Storm Shadow, all 3 were returned to the US.

Snow Job served with the Joes till the disbandment in 94, having also done some highly classified operations. He again has served the Joes with his expertise in Arctic Warfare skills when he, with many others, was reinstated in 2001.
