The world's only synthazoid, The Vision was created by the evil robot Ultron (and professor Phineas T. Horton) to help wage his constant war against the Avengers. Being programmed with Wonder Man's brain impulses, The Vision soon rebelled against his "Father" and aided the Avengers in defeating him, also granting the synthazoid membership to "Earth's mightiest heroes".

The Vision can control his density, and can increase/ decrease his weight (strength increases with density), and make all or part of his body as hard as diamond. He can also become a weightless and transparent wraith. The Vision can also fire intense heat from his eyes.
