Recruited from the ranks of Cobra, Cobra Commander has what it takes to be a successful ruler. On a diostory I am working on for the summer of next year, he finally conquers the world...destroying Duke, General Hawk and the whole G.I. Joe team.

Cobra has full control of the world. There is one exception: three teams that he missed: PsiFi Force (4 man), D.E.F. Squad (4 man), Sgt. Slaughter, Mercer and Red Dog.
