Heavy Duty's a character I didn't really know how to use, despite being really keen about the man-portable station of death his original version came with. You'll note that DDP didn't have a clue either, in that scene with Roadblock. ("What are you, my replacement?")

As the Joes have a dearth of artillerists, and all these vehicles with big cannons to shoot with, I think I'll be placing him more as a tank crew member in that regard.
