Comic Pack Flint was used

Flint is the third in command of the Joe team. The leadership role of field operations is split between him and Duke. Flint always leads his team from the front, and can always be counted on to get the job done...and bring all of his men home.

I created the custom in the likeness of the cartoon Flint. I have always been disappointed the figure versions of Flint because none of them looked like he did in the cartoon. All-in-all I am satisfied with this custom.
