The Sunbow cartoon did a great job of characterizing several Joes much better than the comic book. Airtight is one of them. The cartoon showed Airtight as having a very receded hairline on top of angular facial features. This is what I was going for when I used the Knockdown head to create the look.

This custom is a combination of two customs. I originally made the head about six years ago and put it on top of a regular Airtight body. Last year, I took another Airtight (but replaced its broken arms with the Lightfoot arms) and gave it the green/silver coloration. I then decided that it would look good to put the head on the other body and make a helmet/breathing apparatus.
