The Blackout team is one of my G.I. Joe Black-Ops teams. Blackout does the missions that no one else can do or wants to do. Only the top brass in the military know of their existence and they refer to Blackout as a myth or a rumor. Rock and Roll is the team's Point man and Machine Gunner. Rock and Roll is as hard nose as they come. Rock and Roll likes to take the fight to the party and doesn't like to wait for the dance to start. Rock and Roll is the first to into the fire and the last one to leave. He's the muscle for this advance strike team that performs surgical strikes on the enemy. There is not much information on Blackout or the members of the team, they just don't exist.
