Head custom casted amalgam of some K-mart knock off and Star Wars EP2 C3-PO and Bombstrike hair

I first made this Robo Joe for the oddly enough named Robo Joe Challenge, alas I could not find the 3PO head that I envisioned using then, only to find one a month ago while cleaning out my basement.

Not having the gosh-wow head caused a lack luster LBC of a custom, but i am back baby!

I tried to keep it close to the original concept of the character: A badly injured person put into a giant suit to keep him alive...hmm I wonder if he is a rich industrialist who owns a weapons company.

So here's how I did the face: a push mold of 3P0 and a quick cast, then a push mold of the Kmart cheap o head, which I then pushed the casted piece into the mold then casted that (so it became one solid piece), then I hollowed out some Bombstrike hair to so he could have a wig toupee to cover up his scars
