When General Rey first popped up in the Devil's Due comic I immediately began thinking of different possibilities for customizing him. Once I saw the Annihilator armor I knew which route to take. This here is the finished product.

If I recall correctly General Rey was brought in to command the Joe's while Hawk was injured. Of course it was later revealed that not only was General Rey a traitor, he was Serpentor's clone!
