After serving for years with Action Force, Lt. Stone was sent to his last mission, against the Cobra Commando. Unable to escape from a rare and well-planed ambush, he was left behind for Commander Baxter, and reduced to prison at Cobra Island. Tortured personally by Cobra Commander and Destro, finished loosing his left arm. He was finally rescued by the Joe team. As far as he has a little "something" to deal with The Enemy, and determinate to never forgot Phillip Baxter, he had joined the team for a reason non-usual on it... Vengeance!
