I did think about waiting until the 25th Anniversary Wave 3 Shipwreck came out to make this custom, but that would have been too easy. LOL.

There are not many arms that would do, so I Frankensteined this one together. The head was an easy choice and only needed the beard shaving from the chin and the beret replacing with a baseball cap. Fortunately, because Joe Colton's beret sits squarely on his head, it was extremely easy to cut around the base of it and remove it. The hat from Hard Drive, also very easy to remove, fits perfectly.

Another under used character once past his initial stories.
