This is my second custom in my quest to incorporate MK into my Joeverse. In it, after the failure of the venomization project, Dr. Mindbender has decided to try and recreate the Super Soldier serum made famous by Cpt. America. (He is not specifically mentioned in my Joeverse, yet.)

I went through many parts swaps before settling on a Weapon X type of design. I wanted the figure to represent Mindbender's newest project hitting snags and how he and his team were adjusting to those snags. The Zangief legs were used so I could show the cybernetic implants.
