Bike Rider is a 2 wheeled mechanic since he was 15 years old. When he was 18 years old, he was arrested for driving over speed limit and being involved with ilegal street races.

Once in jail, he figured out that the only way to drive a bike at high velocity and not getting in trouble, is to be part of a motorbike patrol team.

He is a great bike pilot and a very good mechanic. His skills caught Gen. Hawk's attention and quickly became Bike rider's door to the Joe urban force.
