Saw a couple of customs of Satan that came out pretty cool so made one of my own. Red Dragon is his "PC" name. This guy is on a rampage bred for these purposes: to carry out Serpentor's special assassinations and his own personal goal of the elimination and humiliation of Storm Shadow.
