First and foremost, this is a revision of Darklon. I tried to update him more to the original. The pain in the neck part was trying to find a way to attach the grenades to his lower right leg. I decided to use super glue them on him. In the end result, it worked out like a charm.

In the comics, I hated the fact that he never had any major roles. He is Destro's cousin for crying out loud. He is Destro's Second in Command followed by Voltar. Regardless, I still think; in my own opinion, Darklon should have had more face time in the comics.

In the near future; I am in the process of writing the script for a new G.I. Joe comic book. The title is unknown at this time. In the comic book, it will be a 5 part series. It is solely based upon the unholy alliance with Serpentor and Cobra Commander working together to face Destro and the Baroness, along with the Iron Grenadier Army...led by Darklon.

As for the G.I. Joe team, they will remain out of sight as Cobra and Destro battle it out to the death. Keeping an eye on the action and waiting for Cobra to make a quick strike at the G.I. Joe HQ are the Joes newest sub-team: Project Sniper Squad. They are: Crosshairs, Tunnel Rat and Stalker.

It will be an interesting comic book project.. More to follow.
