I used to collect Marvel Comic's 'New Universe' titles when I was younger. I first saw this character in a 'Marvel Universe'-style entry in the back of an issue of Psi-Force. I thought the picture and bio made for a kickass character. He was a mutant mercenary who could fly. I did this custom from my memory since I had long since lost my old comics and didn't have a reference pic to go off of at the time. I definitely remembered his weapons compliment with the hip-swivel machine gun and his telescopic lances. I used the right elbow joint from the sound attack Major Bludd figure for Skybreaker's lockblade lance. I think this is a very underrated part and it works great here. Now that there are reference pics available(check the 3rd pic), you can tell the look is quite a bit off, but the essence of the character is still there, I think. I might redo this one later now that the internet has caught up to my memory.
