Entire figure: 25th anniversary Grunt with modified head, Cobra Trooper hands, Flash belt, original Steeler visor and shoulder holster made from GvC Dusty web gear.

The Senior Ranking Officer Grunt figure looked nothing like Grunt to me. And it made no sense for him to be in that pack anyway while a genuine Senior Ranking Officer like Steeler remained sidelined. I had plans to adapt the figure to be that character even before I saw the lackluster 25th Steeler Hasbro eventually gave us.

The paint apps were fairly easy. The hard part was creating that shoulder rig from scratch and adapting the original Steeler visor to fit the new helmet (a couple thick layers of paint and glue did the trick).
